The Thesis
Finding clarity in an industry optimized for volume.
The tech industry produces an overwhelming amount of information. Between press releases masquerading as news, endless Twitter threads, and breathless hype cycles, it has never been harder to figure out what actually matters. That is the noise.
Signal & Noise was born out of a personal frustration with this ecosystem. I spent a decade building products and leading engineering teams at high-growth startups. I realized that the most valuable conversations weren't happening on public timelines—they were happening in private Slack channels, quiet dinners, and internal strategy memos.
This newsletter is the externalization of those conversations. Every Sunday, I distill the week's events into a single, cohesive narrative. No hot takes, no engagement bait. Just deep, structural analysis of where technology is going, why it's heading there, and what it means for the people building it.
We focus on the underlying mechanics of startups, the shifts in consumer behavior, and the realities of software development. If you prefer your media to be a tool for thinking rather than a source of distraction, you're in the right place.
